Fold a single sheet of paper in half ("hamburger style") to create the hinge. The top half will be your screen, and the bottom half will be your keyboard.

Cut out a small oval of paper and attach a piece of string or a thin strip of paper to the side of the laptop.

To make it stand up better, glue the back of the "screen" half to a stiffer piece of cardstock or an extra folded sheet of paper.
