This was Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza in 1993. The place smelled of stale pepperoni, floor wax, and something metallic that Mike couldn’t quite name. He switched to the Dining Area
into the perspective of one of the animatronics. Which path should we take? He checked his power: 84%
Mike snapped to the monitors. He found the blue rabbit standing in the Backstage area, staring directly into the camera with empty, light-recessed eyes. There was no logic to it. The "servos locking up" excuse from the phone guy didn't explain how a 400-pound machine moved silently across a carpeted dining hall.
By 3:00 AM, the atmosphere shifted. The playful silence of the pizzeria turned heavy. Mike heard a soft, wet sound—like footsteps on a damp floor—echoing from the East Hall.
He stood up, his legs shaking. He grabbed his bag and walked past the Show Stage. The three animatronics were back in their places, staring blankly at the front door.
