As the track reaches its peak, the entire population of "The Hull" begins to feel the vibration. The rigid laws of their society literally start to crumble. The guards try to shut down the power, but the collective energy of thousands of people moving in sync creates a new kind of power—one that the grid can't contain.

He realizes that to save the city from its own stagnation, he has to stop fixing the rhythm and start breaking it. He begins to transmit the "Shake" frequency through the city's intercom system.

Kael is a "Tuner," a mechanic responsible for keeping the city’s vibrations within a safe, steady range. He spends his days suppressing "the shake"—small, erratic tremors that threaten the city’s structural integrity.

A subterranean city known as "The Hull," where gravity is artificial and flickering. The citizens live in a perpetual hum of machinery, their movements stiff and dictated by the rigid rhythm of the city’s power grid.
