If you are experiencing missing subtitles, the fix depends on whether you are trying to them on a platform or create them as a content creator. If you are trying to view subtitles : Go to Window > Text to see
: On the title's Overview screen , press up then right to select and enable the language for your subtitles before starting playback. If you are a creator and subtitles are missing
: In the Deliver window, scroll down to Subtitle Settings and select Burn into video before exporting to ensure they appear in the final file. Adobe Premiere Pro : : Click the CC
: In the Export Settings , ensure the Captions tab is active and "Burn Captions into Video" or "Create Sidecar File" is selected.
