Leo paid, sped home, and bypassed the wireless setup entirely. He plugged the flat end into his laptop and the square end into the printer. The computer made a cheerful chime, and a notification popped up immediately: Device ready.

Leo looked at the box, feeling a wave of relief. "You are a lifesaver, Marcus."

"I need a printer cable," Leo said, his voice edge with panic. "The kind with the square plug on one end. My wireless setup failed, and I have a deadline in two hours."

"Happy to help," Marcus said, gesturing toward the front. "Let's get you rung up so you can crush that deadline."
